On Tuesday, March 28, the Zone Mission rallies were completed in Mount Erie with the Olney zone. 100% participation by all the churches on this zone – Olney, Fairfield Fountain of Life, Flora, Carmi and Mount Erie. Enjoyed seeing Pastors Jake Phillips, Bobby Brewer, Dallas Robinson, Jeffrey Stark and Robert Taylor. Special Thanks to the Mt. Erie Congregation and zone co-chairs, Robert and Linda Taylor.
We need to take a moment and brag on the beautiful and generous people of the Illinois District. 544 people attended the 9 services and gave $13,291.95 in deputation offering. 50 crisis care kits were collected and stored for future use and 8 scholarships were given out to children or teens for summer camp.
Set your calendar now for our 2023 Fall Tour. Scott and Emily Armstrong will be our missionaries (not related to our DS). The dates are September 4-14, 2023. The zones have been established but not the host church yet. (There could still be changes to the calendar.)
