Was privileged to attend the Memorial service of Rev. Lloyd Simpson, Saturday, June 8,2024. Brother Lloyd traveled to his eternal home in February. The family decided to wait to have his Memorial service so family and friends from the different congregations he pastored could attend. A wonderful tribute to a godly pastor from his daughters and grandchildren. Also, several from the churches he pastored spoke kind words of a pastor who was always available, who enjoyed making people laugh, proclaimed faithfully the Word of the Lord and shepherded his flock in Mt. Carmel, Chrisman, Collinsville, in Arkansas and in Indiana. Praise the Lord for faithful servants who answer God’s call into ministry.
