Reverend Ben Alexander has been elected to serve as the pastor at Springfield First. He & Michelle began their ministry in Springfield January 24, 2021. Ben has been on staff at Decatur First these past four years. The first three years he served as the youth pastor and the last year as the executive pastor. Prior to their move to Decatur, he served on staff in Ohio, California, Florida, Illinois, and Indiana. Both Ben & Michelle are graduates of Olivet Nazarene University and grew up on the Illinois District. They have two children, Jackson and Natalie.
