Welcome to Rev. Mark & Barb Madigan
A day of celebration at Quincy Emmanuel as they participated in the installation of Pastor Mark Madigan as their pastor. This was a culmination of a lengthy process of discovering God’s directive for the church and for the Madigan’s. The Madigan’s have moved to Illinois from the Houston area where he was on staff at the Lake Houston staff, serving as the online pastor.
