Traveled to Collinsville this morning to share in the act of worship with Pastor Christopher Watkins and the congregation of New Community Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Christopher’s message was a challenge to discover peace through the focus and discipline of prayer. Following the service, we enjoyed a wonderful meal, prepared by the ladies of the church. After the meal, the board conducted the church/pastoral review. What a joy to hear board members share their love and appreciation for their Pastor. Christopher and Kendra Watkins are loved. It was the unanimous consensus of the board to continue the pastoral relationship for four more years.
