Becky and I want to express our heartfelt gratitude and offer a sincere thank-you to everyone across the District. Your generous love gift was deep-ly appreciated and meant so much to us. Once again, thank you for your kindness and support. We celebrated several meaningful ministry milestones at Dis-trict Assembly. Ron Waltrip entered retired status, though he remains available for ministry and pulpit supply. First-time district licenses were presented to Taylor Comer, Josh Cronkhite, Marsha Porter, Becky Hay Reed, and Jennifer Wilkerson. Daniel Mattison was ordained as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene.
It was also encouraging to hear powerful stories from several of our pastors about individuals coming to Christ. We look forward with anticipation to seeing how Christ will help us make Christlike disciples in the year ahead.
