These last few days, I have had opportunity to have phone con-versations with several of our pastors. What a joy it is to work alongside our pastors, to hear of their heart for God and their love for their congregations they serve.
I want to express gratitude to our local churches who look after their pastors—loving on them, providing for them the best you can. If you have not taken a few minutes to express your appreciation for their love and faithfulness.
And we have a great group of lay persons across the Illinois district. You are the best!
