Merry Christmas to one and to all. We want to say THANK YOU to our district family for their generosity to us during this Christmas! THANK YOU to our district leaders who actively serve alongside us and do an outstanding job of supporting us. LAURA MONDY, our District Treasurer, is incredible with her willingness and faithfulness to serve and keep all the decimals in place and tracks all of our funds. RODNEY DURR is diligent to help us keep the records straight across the district. The District Advisory Board, BRIAN TRAMBLEY, MARC ABLA, NICOLE COT-TON, DEBBIE BREWER, RODNEY DURR, JIM FRYE, JIM BLUE and KARL TABOR, offer encouragement and advice. And THANK YOU to our District Ministry Leaders, DAN REINHART (NMI), DAVID HATER (NYI) and RANDY WRIGHT (NDI), for their investment to the district and to our local churches.
I have heard a couple of messages and read a devotional recently talking about things that distract us from peace. Stop and reflect a few minutes on what might be distracting you from the true meaning of this season. Let them go and embrace those things that speak of the ultimate gift—Jesus, God’s one and only Son. May you experience God’s peace in a powerful way.
