“On Sept 29 the Glenview Church in Glen Carbon celebrated the burning of the mortgage on 4 acres of property adjacent to the current facilities. The $325,000 loan was secured in March 2019. In 5 and 1/2 years the faithfulness of God through His people paid the loan in full. In addition, $75,000 was invested in upgrading the house and buildings on the newly purchased property.
Seen in the photo are members who represent the seasoned and the newbies of the Glenview family. The seasoned became members by profession of faith from 1958 to1966. The newbies joined by profession of faith between April 2024 and the day of the mortgage celebration.”
