Becky and I traveled to Lincoln, IL last night to share with Hope Chapel as they celebrated their 100th Anniversary. Pastor Greg and Luann Wooten are leading this church and have served here for the 22 years. It was a wonderful celebration complete with ‘flannel graph’, a chalk artist, special music, testimonies of God’s faithfulness, a Distinguish Service Award, a powerful message by Becky Zachow Armstrong and a glimpse into the board’s vision of the future. An extra treat was to watch the balloon glow last night outside of Pastor Greg and Luann’s back yard.
