You take such good care of us. We want to say a HUGE Thank you for the birthday card for Becky and the anni-versary card for us. Both came with a generous gift of money. Thank you. Your love and support is greatly appre-ciated. It is our prayer that we love on each of you just as well as you have loved on us. The Illinois District is a wonderful place and we are grateful for the opportunity to come along-side each of you and together we have the opportunity to share the good news of Jesus love and grace and mercy to eve-ryone.
In less than a month, July 10-11, we will gather together at Decatur First Church of the Nazarene to celebrate the victories in the Kingdom of God this past year. We are looking forward to being with you to worship our Lord and hear all that God is doing. In addition, we will be electing delegates to represent the Illinois District at General Assembly in Kansas City next June (2027). Hope to see you in Decatur.
Add a few of our district events to your prayer list: Youth camp, June 22-26 has 174 students and sponsors registered. NYC is July 1-5, our group of 92 will be traveling from June 29-July 7. Children’s camp already has 94 students registered. We could use some additional men counselors. Contact Debbie Brewer if you have any interest or questions. Pray for these events that our students encounter God in fresh and new ways.
